Head Gasket
All TIMCO Head Gaskets are made of grafoil which conforms to irregularities of gasket surfaces. The GHD series are our heavy-duty gaskets. Our standard head gaskets are 1/16" thick and our heavy-duty are 1/8" thick. All gaskets are wrapped to cardboard for protection prior to installation.

All TIMCO Gasket Sets include standard grafoil head gasket. Cylinder Change Gasket Sets include all gaskets needed when replacing power cylinders. Overhaul sets include all gaskets needed when overhauling Ajax gas engines. Layshaft tube seals are included. Fire ring is not included in gasket set.

Heavy Duty Electric Starter Parts
TIMCO upgrade starter parts for Ajax YAE-1241-B electric starters. Our heavy-duty starter parts reduce downtime and failure normally found in standard parts. Our H.D. starter parts feature a spiral spline shaft and starter drive that reduces starter drive gear damage going into engine ring gear. The spiral spline shaft is manufactured with a larger woodruff key, larger gear snap rings and larger bushing on small end of shaft. The large gear has keyway for standard duty and heavy duty. The heavy-duty starter parts can be ordered individually or in a convenient kit. Kits are available with and without large gear.

Silencer Mufflers
The silencer/muffler is a heavy-duty, all welded unit constructed of carbon steel sheet and plate. It is equipped with flanged connections drilled to 125/150 lb. ANSI specifications. Exterior surfaces are coated with a rust inhibitive primer and may be painted in the field as needed. The URD series is a standard grade for industrial/commercial settings. The SURS series is a hospital grade for noise critical areas such as hospital/residential settings. Prices do not include freight.

Upper & Lower Water Pipes
Our pipes are made of .049 mild steel mandrel bent tube. They have a sealing bead at each end. They are sized for E-42 and DP-60, but can be cut to accommodate smaller engines. Mandrel bent tube maintains full inside dimension (I.D.) throughout the elbow area.
